As Parliament returned in January 2023, the UK Spirits Alliance ramped up engagement with MPs from across the political spectrum. 

In February, our ‘State of Spirits’ pamphlet landed in the inbox of all MPs, raising the profile of the industry in parliament, with letters going out to influential Conservative backbench MPs.

We hand-delivered ‘keep the freeze’ ice-cube trays to MPs, and delivered ‘survival packs’ to journalists in Parliament, all aimed at raising the profile of the UK Spirits Alliance and the demands of the spirits sector as a whole.
